The Related Group, Tate Capital, and Rok Acquisitions, in collaboration with Marriott International, have announced plans to co-develop the St. Regis Resort and Residences, Bahia Mar, Fort Lauderdale. Positioned on a sprawling 40-acre mega-yacht marina, this $2 billion development promises a "Monaco-inspired lifestyle destination" featuring branded residences, a luxury St. Regis hotel, a private beach club, and retail and dining establishments.

A Decade in the Making

The project, 10 years in the planning, will unfold in two phases and redefine the iconic marina's potential. Highlights include:

• Two 23-story towers housing 160 luxury condominiums and a 197-room St. Regis hotel.

• Residences: Three- and four-bedroom condos ranging from 2,600 to 3,550 square feet, starting at $4.4 million. Resort residences within the hotel will feature one- to three-bedroom options, starting at $2 million.

Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by London-based Tara Bernerd & Partners, the project integrates 88,000 square feet of waterfront commercial space, including restaurants, docking facilities, and a 25-foot-wide pedestrian promenade. A public park along the Intracoastal Waterway adds to the community-focused design.

Marina upgrades include slips accommodating yachts up to 350 feet.
